Today we’re releasing a feature that allows you to add these invoiced customers to ChartMogul, and see their data alongside your automatically-imported data from payment providers. Users can do this either one at a time in our web user interface, or in bulk by uploading a CSV file. We call these imported customers Manual Customers.

This has been our top feature request for some time, so we’re especially excited to finally bring the benefits of these features to our customers.

How to add Manual Customers in bulk with a CSV file (Pro plan)

If you’re using the PRO plan with ChartMogul, you’ll be able to bulk-add customers to your ChartMogul account, and view their data alongside existing subscription data. You can do this easily, by uploading a CSV file containing the formatted customer data you want to import. This is easy to do in the ChartMogul dashboard, as highlighted in the video below:
